Manufactured in 1999. Standard markings and features with the right side of the frame engraved with the form of a handgunner and "Gil Hebard 1999". The late Mr. Hebard owned and operated "Gil Hebard Guns". He was named to the National Rifle Association Hall of Fame in 1999 as Handgunner of the Year and earned the Jurras Top 10 Outstanding American Handgunner Award in 1975.
