1) The presentation case’s outside is covered in a textured blue finish over wooden base with front double latch closure. Inside with maroon velvet base with fitted positions for the pistol and extra magazine. The inside top lid is marked “Walther” on silk-like maroon material. Consignor notes that these cases for the P38 pistol are much rarer than the PP and PPK pistols; this one has never held a pistol and such cases were discontinued about 40 years ago. 2) The Swedish holster is for the Swedish Walther model HP contract pistol. The holster has no markings, which is proper for this pattern. The leather is in cordovan color with cream colored stitching. Closure is by up strap over a stud in the top flap with a magazine pouch on the side. Inside the holster has the sewn in ‘automatic’ pull strap in place.
