The handcuffs feature a deluxe high polished blue finish with the number "016575" stamped on a strand. A gold inlaid Rampant Colt is featured on one pawl with "COLT'S PT.F.A. MFG. CO./HARTFORD CT. U.S.A." gold inlaid on the other pawl. The cuffs feature two chain links with swivel eyes. The key, which features a double lock tip, is included. The work was done by Master Engraver Leonard Francolini, one of the finest engravers of Colt firearms.

Excellent. The handcuffs retain 99% plus of the blue finish with some light handling marks.
