This example has extensive floral scroll engraving on the lock plates, receiver, trigger plate and trigger guard. There is an engraved fox in a panel on the left side plate and a wild boar on the right side plate. Gold wire inlay surrounds the game scene panels and there are gold wire inlaid bands and a decorative pattern at the breech end of the barrels. The barrels have a single brass bead sight, are choked -.015/.000 and have 2 5/8 inch chambers with an extractor. Mounted on a nicely figured, multi-point checkered walnut forearm with rosewood tip, rosewood grip cap and a Pachmayr recoil pad. Length of pull is 15 inches.

Refinished, the barrels retain 95% of the high quality blue finish with scattered scratches, dings and wear. The coin finished components have a smooth gray patina with some scratches and dings. Most of the gold inlay remains. The replacement stock is excellent with some scattered minor scratches and dings. Mechanically fine.
