The hilt is iron, with additional gold decoration. With a silver sheath, decorated with engraved and repoussed silver scroll designs and geometric patterns.

Rating Definition:

Very good. The blade shows a mixed gray patina, with some mild wear on the gold, evidence of light sharpening, and a shallow crack on the right side near the collar. The hilt has turned a brown patina, with a few dings on the collar and more than half of the original gold damascene. Sheath is good, with some dents and scuffs.
