With a brown leather sheath. 2) Au Lion-brand 1918 pattern dagger, 11 1/8 inches long with a 6 3/8 inch double edged blade, brass hilt, metal sheath and canvas carrier. The carrier was made out of a section of G.I. web belt and a bootlace (possibly a field improvisation) and the left side of the guard has been cut down to match. 3) U.S. L.F.&C. 1918 dagger, 11 1/4 inches overall with a 6 1/2 inch blade, brass hilt, steel pommel nut and a "U.S.M.C./1943" marked Barwood sheath with throat staple and tip plates. 4) Unmarked dagger made from an old socket bayonet, 14 inches long with an 8 1/4 inch triangular spike, ribbed rubber grip, steel knuckle guard and a 1 1/4 inch "skull crusher" pommel spike. With a steel and leather sheath. 5) Unmarked dagger, 13 3/4 inches long, 8 1/2 inch blade, alloy grip with brass rivets marked "SGT. JOHN POTTER" on the rear, and a leather sheath marked "Good Luck Pal" on the rear.
