This pistol was manufactured in 1961 in a limited special run. Consignor notes state that this pistol was purchased from the J.P. Morgan Collection. It features hand fitted slide, select barrel, hand honed trigger, ribbed slide, adjustable rear sight, and fixed Patridge-type front sight. The pistol is pictured on page 91 of Charles W. Clawson's book "Colt .45 Government Models (Commercial Series) Second Edition". It includes a Colt box.

Near new with only minor handling marks. The box is good with one minor tear. Mechanically excellent.
