This revolver features a serrated ramp blade front and adjustable target rear sights, frame finished matte on top to reduce glare, a serrated wide target hammer, grooved trigger, and two piece wraparound checkered walnut grips with gold Rampant Colt medallions. The left side of the barrel is marked "DIAMONDBACK / .38 SPECIAL CTG" with the "Rampant Colt" logo located on the rear of the frame behind the cylinder latch. The right side is marked with the standard two-line Colt address. It includes a Colt factory "woodgrain" box numbered to the gun and papers.
