Developed in 1999 and imported by Beretta, the TRG-42 was designed with an eye towards military sniping with the .338 Lapua Magnum round. Manufactured without sights, the rifle has a 3-port muzzle brake on its free-floating barrel and a 6-24x scope on the receiver. It is fitted with an aluminum-bedded stock, folding bipod, adjustable trigger, raised cheekpiece, "club foot" buttstock and a rubber recoil pad. It includes a Protector-brand hard case.

Excellent with 98% plus original blue finish showing minor handling marks overall. The optics are crisp. Mechanically excellent.
