Blade front and groove rear sights, with the model marking and Walther banner on the left side of the slide, one-line Zella-Mehlis address on the right, and a pair of smooth mother of pearl grips. Fine leafy scroll inlays are present on the slide and frame, with gold scrolls on top of the slide and on the underside of the trigger guard, and silver scrollwork in gold-bordered panels on the sides. The base of the magazine has a gold-inlaid Walther banner. In a brown leatherette case with a Walther manual and five 6.35mm snap caps.
