The caliber 9.3x74R is marked on the left side of the chamber area in fancy Gothic script. The quarter rib is also fitted with quick release scope mounts and a Leupold VARI-X III 1.5-5 scope. The frame features wonderfully detailed game scene engravings on all sides with finely cut, intricate swirling scroll accented borders. The right side depicts a warthog in a field, the left shows a wild boar in a lightly wooded scene and the bottom is adorned with a bull moose in a field scene. The scenes are selectively blued to create contrast. The scroll engraving is continued on the break lever and trigger guard which is also engraved with a tiger in repose. Mounted on a multi-point checkered walnut forearm with a Schnabel tip, engraved hardware and pistol grip stock with an engraved steel grip cap, shadow line cheekpiece and solid recoil pad. The stock and underside of the barrels are fitted with sling swivels. Length of pull is 14 5/8 inches. Includes correspondence and invoices from Krieghoff, Chub Eastman and Master Engraver Robert Evans that the rifle was shipped "in the white" to Chub Eastman at Nosler Inc. and then engraved by Master Engraver Robert Evans of Oregon City, Oregon and shipped back to Krieghoff for final finishing and proofing.
