Fixed sights, with the two-line, one-block address and patent markings on the left side of the slide, and "COLT AUTOMATIC/CALIBRE .45" and the Rampant Colt on the right ahead of the ejection port. Matching numbers are present on the underside and beneath the firing pin stop. Marked "GOVERNMENT MODEL" above the serial number on the right side of the frame, with "1/VP" and "51" on the trigger guard. Wide checkered hammer, short milled trigger, long grip safety and arched checkered mainspring housing. Fitted with checkered grips, a full blue magazine, and a "S" marked barrel.
