Bobbed Detective Special Model manufactured in 1994-95. Standard markings. Fitted with checkered wraparound grips with silver Colt medallions. Complete with blue Colt hardcase, original shipping sleeve numbered to the gun and papers.

Near new with only slight handling marks. The case is excellent. The shipping sleeve is fair with taped partially separated end flaps, corner and edge wear. Mechanically excellent.

Introduced in 1996 with very limited production, this revolver is based on the Colt Detective Special with the new transfer bar safety design. Standard markings and features. Includes a Colt factory letter that confirms the revolvers configuration and that it was shipped on February 13, 1998 in a shipment of eight to Colt salesman Eugene Chrz of Apple Valley, Minnesota. Complete with the original plastic case and shipping sleeve numbered to the gun, hanging tag and papers.

Excellent. The revolver has only a few light scratches and a faint cylinder drag line. The grips are excellent with a few light scratches and crisp checkering. The case and shipping sleeve are excellent. Mechanically excellent.
