Description:

Manufactured in Austria in the early 20th century, the Erika Pistol is chambered for the ultra-compact 4.25 mm cartridge (aka the Lilliput). Measuring in about 5 inches long and 4 inches tall, the Erika is only .7 inches wide at the grips an a mere 8.6 ounces unloaded. Fixed sights with the magazine well positioned ahead of the pistol grip, the release on the back strap, two-position safety and a pair of checkered grips with "ERIKA" banners. No proof house markings are present, suggesting a prototype or tool room model. Includes a Austrian declaration form listing this pistol and a "franz. Pistole" from 1967.

Rating Definition:

Good as refinished. The barrel and slide show a plum refurbished blue overall, with a deeper blue on the trigger guard, trigger, safety, and magazine. The frame shows a refinished mixed gray finish, with some mild scuffs and edge wear. Grips are fine with a few tiny chips on the bottom of the right panel. Mechanically functions, but safety does not have a detent.
