Manufactured in 1944 and restored by Miltech of California. With a fixed blade front and fully adjustable rear peep sights. Fitted with a G.I.-spec match grade barrel. All marked parts are G.I.-spec Winchester parts and features a G.I.-spec manganese phosphate Parkerized finish. Fitted with a new G.I.-spec walnut pistol grip stock with stacking swivel, sling swivels, and a cupped checkered steel buttplate with trap. Includes a wood Miltech case with sling, manual, Winchester M1 Garand data book, and the January 2001 issue of "Guns" magazine featuring an article on the Miltech restoration process.

Very good as professionally restored and stocked. With 99% of the dark Parkerized finish, showing some light handling marks and some original markings buffed light. The wood is very fine as a replacement with minimal handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The crate is excellent with general storage and handling marks.
