Manufactured in 1907 with a special order part octagon barrel, button magazine, and smooth shotgun buttstock. It is equipped with a beaded blade front sight and an adjustable D.W. King sporting rear sight and has the standard Winchester markings including the "WP" proofmarks.

Fair as altered. The shortened barrel and has traces of original blue finish. The balance of the rifle has a blend of gray and brown patina, some light oxidation, and minor pitting. The rear sight elevator is absent. The wood is fine with various light scratches, a crack on the left side of the forearm at the front, and a few gouges and small chips. The markings are mostly crisp, and the action functions fine.
