Manufactured in 1960. With a ramped blade front and micro click adjustable rear sights. With standard frame and barrel markings and fitted with smooth walnut grips with inset black and nickel Ruger medallions. The barrel and frame feature the scare highly polished finish often referred to by collectors as "super polished" which is correct for a revolver in this serial number range. The revolver includes a scarce early production Ruger mahogany box with a red cloth interior, original "Super Blackhawk" label on the underside of the lid, correct mahogany floor panel fitted for the revolver and is correctly stamped "GENUINE MAHOGANY" on the underside of the case.
