Known officially as the "Honor Weapon of the Political Leaders", PPK pistols with these special grips and holsters were presented to NSDAP officials for meritorious party service by the Fuhrer. They are traditionally seen in the serial number ranges of 850000-935000 and 174000k-234965k. Fixed sights, with the Walther banner, two line address and patents, and "Mod.PPK" on the left side of the slide, commercial "eagle/N" proofs on the slide, chamber and muzzle, and matching numbers on the alloy frame and inside the slide. The brown plastic, one piece, wrap around grips are checkered and have the NSDAP eagle holding a wreath encircled swastika insignia cast on the top of the both sides. Included with the pistol are two magazines, one with a brown plastic finger extension and the other with a flat steel base, a brown leather holster with the Party Leader Eagle stamp on the top flap, "Walther/P.P.K." in blue ink inside the flap and the Albrecht Kind "D.R.G.M./(crossed rifles)/Akah" stamp on the lower flap, beneath the strap, and a brown leather belt marked "RZM L5/16/39" and fitted with a gold colored Nazi eagle buckle marked "M4/24" on the buckle and "M4/24/5" on the catch. As seen on page 23 of the October 2015 edition of American Shooting Journal, with a copy of the issue included with the lot.

Excellent, with 97% plus original blue finish, showing some bright edge wear and minor handling marks overall. The safety has been redone, showing a bright niter blue color with gray on the high points. The grips are bowing slightly at the top and bottom, but are otherwise very good. The holster is fine, with a few light scuffs and stains overall, minor cracking of the flap and good definition in the eagle and makers marks, and the belt is very good with mild wear. Mechanically excellent. An attractive Walther Party Leader PPK pistol and holster set.
