These flare pistols were manufactured from 1936 through the end of the war for the German Navy. Manufactured without sights, with a two position safety switch on the left side of the frame behind the serial number, date code and "eagle/swastika/M/III/3" markings and a selector switch on top. A smooth forearm with hand stop is mounted to the barrels, with a pair of smooth grip panels.

Very good, with some mild wear and handling marks overall. The non-factory custom made replacement smooth grips are slightly oversized, with the wood otherwise in very good condition. Mechanically excellent.
