Description:

This rifle is one of several popular .22 caliber sporting rifles manufactured in Germany in the 1930s. This magazine fed rifle has a blade front sight on a ramp with a slip on cover, a military style tangent rear sight graduated out to 200 yards, grooves in the receiver for scope mounting, standard Mauser markings, and a pistol grip stock with smooth Schnabel forend, multi-point checkering on the grip, "MAUSER" stamp on the right side of the butt, and a checkered hard rubber buttplate embossed with the Mauser banner.

Rating Definition:

Very fine overall. 95% plus of the original blue finish remains. There are minor marks from handling and storage throughout. The fine reoiled stock has crisp checkering and some light scratches. The action functions fine, and the markings are crisp.
