NB - EXCELLENT- near new condition 95% - 98%, used but little, no noticeable marring of wood or metal, bluing near perfect (some wear at muzzle or sharp edges can be expected).

Dated 1940 on top of the chamber and marked "42" on the toggle, with "eagle/655" proofs on the extension and barrel, and "eagle/swastika" firing proofs on the barrel, extension and breechblock. Finish is full blue, including the small components. Numbers are matching overall, including the internal parts, the backs of the checkered grips and the alloy base of the blue finished magazine.

Excellent with 95% of the blue finish, showing some light spotting on the grip straps around the grip panels, bright edge wear, cycling rubs on the frame and mild handling marks overall. Cold blue is present on the muzzle, stock lug and side plate. Grips are excellent, with crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
