"crown/N" proofs are present on the left side of the extension and breechblock, with matching "commercial" pattern external serial numbers, including the Haenel tube steel/alloy base magazine, which is also numbered "2". A sear safety is installed on the extension, with straw finished small parts, niter blue pins and springs, and checkered grips. The front strap is marked "S.D.VII.R.14.", indicating issue as a weapon to the schutzpolizei (uniformed/regular police) responsible for Duesseldorf. A magazine well safety was once installed, but has since been removed. With a brown leather flap holster marked "KERN.KLAGER/&Co./NEU-ULM" on the back and "BAXIV" on the interior, an unnumbered "STARK" nickel/alloy magazine and a takedown tool.
