The left side of the frame has the early production Nagant Liege marking with the date "1898." The rear cylinder face has a Liege "E/LG" proof. Visible numbers match. Fully checkered grips and lanyard ring on the butt. The leather bound case is lined in green felt and contains 25 cartridges and bore cleaning rod. The inside of the case has the retailer marking: "A. GUINARD/Fournisseur Brevate de/S.M. le Roi du Partugal/8. AVENUE DE L'OPERA PARIS."

Excellent. The revolver retains 95% bright original high polished blue finish showing some light spotting. There is an area of scratches on the right side of the frame. The grips are also excellent with overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The case is fine with some minor handling/storage marks and high spot wear on the lining.
