Features fixed blade and notch sights, the Italian naval marking of "R/anchor/M" on the left side of the frame, "crown/ce" mark on the left side of the trigger guard, and a small makers mark on top of the extension. The pistol features all matching visible numbers including the internal parts. Fitted with thick checkered hard rubber grips with the Italian royal crest embossed on the sides and a lanyard loop. This exact gun is depicted on page 268 of Still's "Axis Pistols, Vol. II". Includes an unmarked green leather holster.

Fine with 75% of the original finish, displaying areas of edge wear, mild spotting, light pitting at the muzzle, and general small scratches and dings. The grips are good with a sizable chip at the toe of the left panel, well defined checkering, and assorted smaller chips. Mechanically needs adjustment and possible replacement parts in the trigger group. The holster is very good with some light scuffs, handling marks, and flexible leather.
