Manufactured in 1919. Fixed blade front and frame notch rear sights. The left side of the barrel is marked "COLT D.A. 45" with the two-line Hartford address and patent dates on the top. The underside of the barrel is marked "UNITED STATES PROPERTY". The revolver has the correct standard unpolished blue finish with the Rampant Colt on the side plate, factory inspection marks, and a circled "JMH" final inspection mark at the top left of the frame. The butt has standard model and military serial number markings as well as a lanyard loop. Fitted with smooth grips. Includes a "U.S." marked leather holster with a "G&K/1918/A.G." manufacturer and inspection mark on the back.
