Manufactured in 1947 with a brass beaded blade front and elevation adjustable rear sporting notch sights. The barrel features standard markings. There are matching numbers on the upper and lower receivers. Mounted on an 11 groove flat bottom forearm and smooth pistol grip stock with a checkered steel buttplate. Includes the original Winchester box numbered to the gun and papers.

Exceptionally fine. The rifle has 99% plus original finish, sharp edges, and minimal handling marks. The revarnished wood is very fine with only the most minimal of handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The box is very good with some corner and edge wear.
