This Winchester Model 90 was manufactured in 1927. Standard two-line address/patent dates on the upper left barrel flat followed by the very desirable "-MODEL 90 22 LONG RIFLE" ahead of the rear sight. The Winchester oval proof is marked on the top barrel flat and top of the receiver at the breech. Matching serial number on the lower tang and bottom of the receiver. Dovetailed blade front and adjustable rear sight, all blue finish and mounted with a 12 groove walnut forearm and straight grip stock with a crescent steel buttplate.

Very fine. 85% plus bright original blue finish remains with some light high point and edge wear, crisp barrel markings, small cold blue touch up on the action bar, brown patina on the magazine tube, and spotting on the sides of the frame. The wood is excellent with small handling marks and light surface scratches. Mechanically excellent.
