This gun was used by the Colt company for trade shows. Beautiful class "B" hand-engraving covers the rear half of the barrel and between cylinder flutes. Fixed blade front sight with bulls-eye ejector button. Frame is brilliantly casehardened. "TR" is auroplated in gold on the top of the back strap. Smooth, unblemished grips are each hand-numbered "3962" on the inside. Beneath left grip is stamped "W3962" and "TRC" on the grip strap. With two factory letters: one from before the Las Vegas gun show and one from after the gun was bought. With original Theodore Roosevelt commemorative oak presentation case, French fitted in wine-colored velvet. Also with original Colt Custom shipping box, 1986 Colt Firearms 150th Anniversary Catalog, and other miscellaneous related memorabilia.
