Manufactured in 1894. Single steel bead sight on the concave matte rib marked "PARKER BROS. MAKERS. MERIDEN. CONN. TWIST". 2 9/16 inch chambers with extractors and modified/modified chokes. The casehardened receiver features light scroll engraving with "PARKER BROS." on either side. Mounted on a multi-point checkered splinter forearm and pistol grip stock with dual triggers, thumb safety, hard rubber grip cap, and hard rubber butt plate. Barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches .732/.732 inches; wall thickness at 9 inches from breech .059 inches; drop at comb 1 3/4 inches; drop at heel 2 1/2 inches; length of pull 14 1/4 inches

Fine. The barrels have aged to a smooth mostly gray patina with good visible twist patterns, small handling marks, surface scratches, scattered small dings along the rib, and clear markings. The frame is a mostly gray patina with traces of original muted case colors in the protected areas with handling marks, light spotting, edge wear. The wood is fine with small pressure indentations throughout, well defined checkering, and handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
