Manufactured between 1938 and 1942 during the Remington production years. Single bead sight on the concave matte rib barrels with 2 3/4 inch chambers, auto ejectors, and modified/full chokes. The casehardened frame features standard "G" grade engraving with quail on the right, ducks on the left, and two pheasants on the bottom. The bird scenes are bordered with decorative scroll and scalloped line borders. The bottom of the frame is marked "PARKER". Fitted with dual triggers and an automatic thumb safety. Mounted on a multi-point checkered splinter forearm and pistol grip stock with a hard rubber grip cap and Parker "dog head" hard rubber buttplate. Barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .734/.734 inches; wall thickness at 9 inches from breech .033/.033 inches; drop at comb 1 5/8 inches; drop at heel 2 1/2 inches; length of pull 14 inches.

Very good. 85% original finish remains with some light handling marks and surface scratches on the barrels. The frame has subdued case colors on the side and bottom with a majority smooth, silver/gray patina with crisp engraving, light handling marks, and light scratches on the lower tang. The wood is very good with well defined checkering, good color, small surface scratches, and minor pressure indentations. Mechanically excellent.
