Manufactured in the 1980s by Tippmann Arms of Fort Wayne, Indiana, this is a finely made reduced sale copy of the 1919 Browning 30 Caliber Machine Gun designed to fit 22 Long Rifle cartridges only. It is 19 inches overall, with a blade front sight and folding adjustable rear sight on the receiver, air-cooled barrel with ventilated heat shield, and a checkered pistol grip. The right side of the receiver is marked "MOD. 1919/NO. 0147/TIPPMANN ARMS CO./FT. WAYNE, IN." behind the cocking handle, and a sliding safety mounted above the pistol grip. Included with the 1919 is a folding steel tripod, scaled to match and fitted with a proper traverse and elevation mechanism, a miniature OD green ammunition can marked "100 CARTRIDGES/CAL 22/L.R. H.V./BELTED" followed by a partial lot number. The can contains 100 .22 LR non firing dummy rounds on a cloth belt.

Rating Definition:

Excellent. 98% original parkerized finish remains with light handling marks and traces of scattered spotting. The grip is excellent. The tripod is very good with areas of powdery red oxidation. Mechanically excellent.
