Manufactured in 1914 the first dated year of the Model 1914 Military Luger. Features an inverted "V" blade front and a fixed notch on the rear toggle. The pistol is serial numbered in the military fashion with the complete number "4069b" stamped on the front of the frame and underside of the barrel. The left side of the barrel extension is stamped with the partial number "4069" and the various small parts are stamped with the last two matching digits "69". Features a rust blue finish with straw colored small parts, standard "crown/letter" proofs and "imperial eagle" acceptance mark on the right side of the barrel extension. Fitted with unmarked checkered walnut grips and magazine with a nickel plated body and matching number marked wooden base. Includes an A. Schwalbe russet leather holster dated "1916" on the inside of the flap with an unmarked wood base magazine and takedown tool.
