Post front and peep rear sight, with a flat round cocking knob, a "SEMI/SMG" selector switch on the left side of the frame, safety switch next to the trigger guard and standard markings on the right side of the frame. Open bolt operation, with the selector switch fully functional. Grip is plastic, with the Cobray logo set into the back, and a collapsing stock with ergonomic butt mounted on the rear. Two upper receivers are included; a Cobray (description and ATF measurements taken with this upper installed) fitted with the thread base for the included silencer, and a T&J Tactical upper with a 13 inch barrel, AR-15 pattern handguard and a UTG "Tactical" laser on a rail mount. Included with the item is a set of four spare plastic magazines, a 5-position telescoping AR-style buttstock, Stack-On case and an Ares Defense Nebula Silencer (see Item B).

Very good, with 85% of the original matte black finish, showing some mild edge wear and handling marks overall, as well as some bright rubbing on the rear underside of the lower receiver. The wire stock shows a few scuffs and areas of spotting, and the AR-style stock shows mild scuffs. The extra upper is in similar condition, with the laser in working order. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478.

Measures 10 1/2 inches overall (including thread adaptor), with a 1 1/2 inch diameter tubular steel body and proper makers marks on the rear.

Excellent, with the exterior showing 95% plus original matte finish. The silencer and thread adaptor install cleanly on the Cobray upper, though sadly we have not been able to test its acoustic properties.
