Manufactured c.1944-1946, the Reising Model 65 is a blowback operated semi-automatic designed to emulate the weight and sight picture of the U.S. M1 Garand Rifle, and was used by the United States Marine Corps as a training weapon. Winged blade front sight and Redfield peep rear sights, with the Worcester address on the barrel, "D" at the breech, and the two-line model and caliber markings on top of the receiver. Fitted with a smooth pistol grip stock and a brown leather sling, and includes a standard 10-round magazine and an unmarked extended magazine of unknown capacity.

Fine, with 90% plus of the original parkerized finish, showing a mixture of green and brown overall with mild spotting and handling marks. A few scuffs are present at the left rear side of the barrel. The stock is very good, with some mild dings and spots. Mechanically excellent.
