Ramp white bead front sight and two-leaf "U" notch rear sights, with "ERNST SCHULZ, KREFELD - SUHL" on the rib, "KRUPP-LAUFSTAHL" on the underside, and the water table bearing a number of "crown/letter" proofs and "7,8mm/57" caliber markings. The frame is lightly scroll and floral engraved, with carved oak leaves beside the water table, cocking indicators near the break lever, a pair of single set triggers and a horn trigger guard. With a horn tipped splinter forearm and a round knob pistol grip stock with a raised shadow line cheekpiece, sling swivels and a checkered horn buttplate. It is equipped with a Lyman Perma-Center All-American 3x scope on custom claw mounts. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Very good with 70% of the blue refinish, some areas of gray patina, mild spotting and a small amount of edge wear and handling marks. Traces of original case color are present around the triggers and break lever, and the remainder is turning silver and gray. The stock is good with a small chip absent from the left side of the forearm near the tip, mild scratches on and around the cheekpiece, and some dents and scuffs overall. The optics are crisp with the claw hooks altered to accommodate the original claw mount bases. Mechanically very good.
