Manufactured in Belgium with a 98 Mauser-style action. Ramp bead front and folding adjustable leaf rear sights on the "CHROME VANADIUM STEEL" marked barrel, which appears to have originally been marked "30-06 CAL" and restamped "308 N CAL OVER IMP." suggesting rechambering to 308 Norma Magnum or a similar wildcat; the chamber has not been cast but does appear cut for a belted round. The receiver is drilled and tapped for mounting, with the "FN" monogram on the front ring. Checkered pistol grip stock with a raised right handed cheek piece, sling swivels, and a solid Pachmayr White Line recoil pad.

Very good as custom with 95% of the high polish blue finish showing some mild handling marks, a small amount of spotting and mild edge wear. The stock is good as repaired with some mended chips and cracks behind the upper tang, light chipping around the bolt handle, fresh varnish, and mild dings and scuffs. Mechanically very good.
