A faithful reproduction reportedly by the late gunsmith Thomas Haas in the mid-20th century. The top barrel flat is marked "Patent Arms M'g. Co. Paterson, N.J. - Colt's, Pt." reading from breech to the muzzle. The stagecoach holdup scene roll engraved on the cylinder, which also is marked "COLT". The frame, grip strap, and hammer have matching serial numbers. There are two silver inlaid bands on the upper flats of the barrel at the breech, a single band on the lower flats on the lug and ahead of the lug, single band around the muzzle and front and rear of the cylinder, and two bands on the recoil shields. Blue barrel, back strap and cylinder, casehardened hammer and frame, and fitted with smooth grips with a carved shell design at the top and on the toe and heel, and two inlaid silver studs on each side.
