Collector's Lot of Two Austro-Hungarian Semi-Automatic Military Pistols

A) Roth-Steyr Model 1907 Semi-Automatic Pistol

Adopted by the Austro-Hungarian Army in 1907 and manufactured by Osterreichische Waffenfabrik-Ges in Steyr, Austria, from 1907 to 1914. The pistol functions with a locked breech, rotating barrel action. Features a double action trigger, knurled cocking piece, fixed blade and notch sights, and the second variation frame with the disconnector pin. The top of the barrel is marked "WAFFENFABRIK STEYR," and the rear of the frame is marked "W.n/eagle/11". Fitted with serrated, oil finished walnut grips with a blank identification disk on the right panel.

ConditionVery fine with 85% of the original blue finish remaining. Displaying small handling marks, scattered shallow nicks, and traces of light spotting. The grips are fine with handling marks, dings, and small chips absent at the left panel screw. Mechanically excellent.

B) Hungarian Roth-Steyr Semi-Automatic Pistol

Features a fixed blade front and notch rear sights, knurled cocking piece, smooth trigger, and checkered slide catch and takedown release. The barrel rib is marked "FEGYVERGYAR BUDAPEST". The serial number "218" is stamped on the right side of the frame, and the rear of the frame is stamped "W.N/eagle/11". The grips are serrated walnut with an oil finish.

ConditionExcellent with 95% of the original blue finish remaining. Displaying handling marks, scattered small dings, and traces of light spotting. The grips are also excellent with a deep oil finish and light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
