Description:

This pre-WWII target pistol is marked "J.H. HAMPE, GETTINGEN" on top of the round portion of the barrel and also has blade and notch sights, German proofs and patent markings, light scroll engraving on the frame, an adjustable trigger, checkered grips, and includes an old registration ticket from the police in Windsor Ontario Canada that indicates the pistol was taken as a war trophy.

Rating Definition:

Fine. About 20% of the blue remains on the barrel. The casehardening on the frame has silvered out. The grips are very good with crisp checkering and minor handling and storage wear. Mechanically fine with tight action and excellent bore.
