Manufactured between 1988 to 1990. Adjustable post front and 2-leaf rear sights. The left side of the receiver is marked "COLT/AR-15 A2/GOV'T MODEL", along with standard manufacturer markings. There is also a flash hider, bayonet lug, round ribbed vented handguard, checkered pistol grip, smooth stock with trapdoor compartment in buttplate, and sling swivels. Complete with an unopened C-Mag system M16 100 round magazine, magazine pouch, loader, graphite tube, and manual.

Excellent with 99% plus of the black finish with a few light handling marks. The stock is excellent with a few light scattered scratches. Mechanically excellent.
