Manufactured in 1957. Dual bead sights, 2 3/4 inch chamber, improved modified choke, and starburst and scroll engraving on the breechblock. The barrel flat, forearm hardware, lower tang, and water table have matching serial numbers and grade markings. The casehardened receiver features standard grade 4 engraving with an American Indian on the right and a trap shooter on the left. The scenes are bordered with finely detailed leafy scroll engraving. Mounted on a fleur-de-lis checkered beavertail forearm and pistol grip stock with a gold initial shield and vented Ithaca recoil pad. The barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .729 inch; wall thickness at 9 inches from breech .0375 inch; drop at comb 1 3/8 inches; drop at heel 1 1/8 inches; length of pull 14 inches.

Very good. 98% original blue finish remains with a few small nicks, mild edge wear, and thinning near the forearm tip. The receiver has 20% original case colors in the more protected areas and the balance has a smooth slightly mottled silver/gray patina, and light spotting on the underside. The wood is very good with well defined checkering, scattered small dings, cracking varnish, and an added spacer. Mechanically excellent.
