Remanufactured by Wilson Arms Co. of Brunswick, GA, using numerous original WWII MP40 parts assembled onto a newly manufactured receiver. The left front section of the receiver/tube has a very small manufacturer's mark. Open bolt operating system chambered in 9mm Parabellum. The rear receiver end cap stamped: "MP40/bnz/43" over the serial number. The various parts have mixed numbers; however, they all appear to be original parts except the barrel, which appears to be a newly manufactured replacement. The left side of he barrel is stamped "764" on the left side. The bolt is stamped "2829" with a double Waffenamt proof. It has dark red bakelite lower receiver cover and grip panels. The original markings and proofmarks are still clear and visible on the various parts. Includes two magazines total, both stamped "MP.38U.40".

Rating Definition:

Very good as assembled with 95% of its current blued finish as applied when it was remanufactured. The bakelite grips and sides of the trigger housing are all in very fine condition showing only light handling marks overall.
