Manufactured in 1906. Fixed blade front and round top dovetailed notch rear sights, standard two-line, two-block patent and address marking on the left side of the slide with the Rampant Colt in a circle behind the serrations, and the two-line caliber notation on the right side of the slide. The serial number is stamped on the left side of the frame above the trigger guard. Early high polish Colt commercial blue finish with a round knurled casehardened hammer and smooth nitre blue trigger. The grips are checkered with the Rampant Colt in the center and "COLT" in banners at the top. Includes a full blue magazine that has been roughly inscribed "SHRUM" on the left side.
