Engraved Wilson Single Action Percussion Revolver

Manufactured in the mid-19th century. Features a small blade front sight, "WILSON, YORK" inscribed on the top of the barrel, notch above the hammer for rear sight, "PATENT. No 71. B" on the left side of the frame, alternating proofs and chamber numbers on the cylinder, and attractive floral and scroll engraving on the frame and hammer.

ConditionFine with 40% original blue finish, 50% plus original case colors on the hammer, gray and brown patina on the balance, minor patches of oxidation/pitting, and some general minor marks. The grips are very good and have some minor dings in the otherwise crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
