Manufactured in 1971. The included certificate of authenticity states the revolver was engraved and gold inlaid by Gary Warren and that the custom gilded trigger guard and back strap were done by John Williams. The letter also confirms the grip material and is dated October 14, 1984. The frame, barrel, and grip straps are engraved with broad American style scroll. There are gold inlaid bands on the rear of the cylinder and the muzzle. The sides of the hammer are jeweled. The remaining parts are blue. It is marked with the standard Ruger markings on the frame. It has the standard target style sights and a pair of smooth grips with Ruger medallions.

Very good as professionally engraved and finished. 98% blue finish remains with crisp markings, light handling marks, and a trace of muzzle wear. The grip frame shows some light pitting under the gold finish as well as some minor flaking. The grips are very good though slightly undersized for the frame and exhibiting a darker yellow color. Mechanically excellent.
