In production from 1935 to 1945, the Krieghoff Lugers were made exclusively for Luftwaffe use. Blade and notch sights, with the "1940" date atop the chamber and the "H anchor K/ KRIEGHOFF/SUHL" (C-3 Die Type per Gibson's "Krieghoff Parabellum") marking on the toggle link. Droop wing eagle proofs are present on multiple components, as well as a LWaA "eagle/2/L" proof on the right side of the extension, along with matching external numbers, including the magazine base. The small components show a straw finish, with niter blue screws, checkered grips, and blue finished magazine with aluminum base.

Extremely fine with 85% plus of the original blue finish showing slight browning of the grip straps and muzzle, some bright edge wear and handling marks overall. 60% of the original straw colors are present with a smooth gray patina and light spotting on the remainder. Mechanically excellent.
