Fine. The rifle retains 30% original blue finish with the balance a smooth gray patina. Traces of silvered out original case colors remain on the lever, and traces of muted original case colors remain on the hammer. The wood is very good showing a repaired chip near the buttplate heel, a repaired wrist and some minor pressure dents and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
