Manufactured in 1961. Standard Winchester markings including the factory oval proof on the left side of the heavy barrel and receiver at the breech, barrel and receiver tapped for sight/scope mounting, polished bolt numbered to gun, hollow bolt knob, sling swivels and late safety. Mounted with a checkered high comb pistol grip stock with a checkered plastic buttplate.

Excellent. The rifle retains 98% plus original blue finish showing mild muzzle wear and a few very scattered minor scratches. The stock is also excellent showing a long very shallow pressure dent on the buttstock (right side) and some very scattered minor handling marks with most of the finish remaining. The checkering is crisp overall. Mechanically excellent.
