Very fine. The barrel retains 60% of the original brown finish and has some bright scratches and patches of minor pitting where the finish is worn. The lock retains 90% plus of the original slightly subdued original case colors. The brass throughout has a mix of bright surfaces and some light aged patina. The patch box has a number added by the hinge. The stock is fine and has several small filled holes, some patches of varnish, a crack on the left side of the forend, and some scrapes and dings. Mechanically excellent.
