According to the consignor, these pistols were received by individuals who had factory, military or other governmental ties and only 2 to 3 pistols made it to the U.S. Features a fixed blade front and notch rear sights and checkered grips with the "VKT" logo on both sides. The frame, slide and breechblock have matching serial numbers. With a hardwood case, fitted with a hall-marked silver plaque marked "Lahti-pistooli/1935-1985" on the lid, a parts diagram inside the lid, and a French cut burgundy velvet interior with spaces of the pistol and the included extra magazine.
